How do I place an order?
Firstly you need to register for a Beebi Bella account. Once you are an account holder simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click the checkout button where your payment will be processed securely. Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you immediately.
Payment methods we accept are credit card, direct deposit, PayPal, and cheque/money order and Layby
All payments must be recieved within 3 days otherwise we will assume you no longer want the purchase. Once payment has been received your order will be posted.
Is there any risk in using my credit card?
Beebi Bella uses PayPal, a secure payment facility, to process all credit card purchases for non PayPal members. Click on the continue button near the Visa and Mastercard symbols to use this payment method.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and posted to you within 1-5 business days, with the exception of products that are clearly stated to have a postage delay. If you require a more immediate form of delivery , just contact us, and we can make alternative arrangements.
What are the shipping costs?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 for all standard sized parcels, Australia wide. Delivery is via Australia Post.
If your order exceeds the standard Australia Post limits, we will find the most efficient option and contact you to discuss the delivery cost.
Beebi Bella offers free delivery on all orders over $150!
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail at a flat rate of $19.90 for standard sized parcels. Delivery is usually within 4-7 days.
Loss or damage is not covered. If you wish to place inscurance please contact us to arrange it.
Do you offer gift wrapping and if so, what is included?
Yes we do, for a flat fee of $4.50, we will gift wrap the item/s complete with matching ribbon. We can also send the gift on your behalf.
Beebi Bella carries a range of cards for all occasions that are included in the gift wrapping fee. Simply write your message in the comments section upon checkout and we will do the rest! Don't forget to let us know the occasion!
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Redeeming a gift voucher is easy! When you receive your gift voucher you will have a unique code, located in the bottom right corner of the certificate.
1 Join as a member, if you are not one already
2 Login and select the items you wish to purchase
3 Upon checkout enter in you unique code in the coupon section
4 The $ amount of you voucher will be taken off your order total
