Layby
Layby is availableat a term of 8 weeks. 20% deposit is required before your goods will be put on layby. Payments can be made via PayPal, Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order. Regular payments are encouraged.
A reminder will be sent via email & snail mail 1 week before the layby due date. Another email reminder will be sent on the due date. Goods will be kept aside until one week after the layby due date, at that time the goods will be returned to stock. A 5% fee of the total sale will be taken out of your refund. It is the customers responsibility to request their funds back.
Beebi Bella is here to help you in anyway they can. If you are having difficulties paying your layby by the due date. Please contact us to arrange an extension on your layby.
Return policy
If you, for some reason are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return to us in it's original 'new and unused' condition within 14 days of goods being dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.
Refunds
In the event you wish to return an item for refund please email or contact us by phone to notify you are returning the item/s. Post the item back to us and we will refund you once we have received the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded by the same method by which you paid, excluding the original shipping charges. We do not accept refunds on Sale discounted items unless the item is faulty. All postage costs for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your goods for another product you must return the goods to us within 14 days of dispatch of goods. Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange goods and nominate an alternative product and we will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once origingal goods are returned in original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached. All postage costs for exchanges will be the responibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will deem you have not returned the product.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit we can not acceptresponsibility for any goods damaged through Australia Post. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
Faulty Products
If the product is faulty please contact us, we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty good will be covered by Beebi Bella.
Product Colour Discrepencies & Portrayal
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitore. Beebi Bella can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies as we will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
